Welcome to OK-SAFE, Inc.

Sovereignty - Complete independence and self-government.

Free Enterprise - an economic and political doctrine holding that a capitalist economy can regulate itself in a freely competitive market through the relationship of supply and demand with a minimum of governmental intervention and regulation.

About Oklahomans for Sovereignty and Free Enterprise, Inc:

Oklahomans for Sovereignty and Free Enterprise, Incorporated (OK-SAFE) is a non-profit 501(c)4 Oklahoma Corporation made up of individuals and coalition groups dedicated to the Principles of American Free Enterprise and the Constitutional Sovereignty of Oklahoma and the United States of America.

OK-SAFE sees a concerted, dedicated and well funded effort by Social and Economic Elites to transition the United States from a Representative Republic to a Socialist Group Democracy and finally into a World Governmental Structure.

We find evidence to conclude the following Institutional transitions are well underway:

Political – Servant to Master
Monetary – Asset Credit to Outcome Credit
Intellectual – Education to Indoctrination
Ecclesiastical – God to Religion

OK-SAFE seeks to advance and defend the American principles of sovereignty and free enterprise through Public education, Issue advocacy and Governmental lobbying and is actively addressing the following areas:

Illegal Immigration,
Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPPNA),
North American Competitiveness Council (NACC),
National/Global ID Systems,
Public Private Partnerships (PPP or 3P’s),
North America SuperCorridor Coalition (NASCO),
Trade Agreements (NAFTA, CAFTA, FTAA etc),
North American Community/Union (NAU) and
United Nations Agenda 21

Accordingly we issue a call for American Patriots to come together, to unite the citizens and statesmen of the Republic of the United States of America, for the purpose of maintaining our nation's sovereignty, to reinstate our Constitutional and Natural Rights, and to free the American people from institutional servitude. We pursue this cause with Honor, Dignity, and Courage, while acknowledging that unless God keeps our nation and guides her steps, we will have labored in vain.

"Realizing that another season like those that had just passed would mean the extinction of the entire community, the elders of the colony decided to try something radically different: the introduction of private property rights and the right of the individual families to keep the fruits of their own labor." - Richard M. URGENT CALL TO ACTION -

Senator Lieberman wants the PASS Act heard very, very soon  DHS Secretary Napolitano wants the PASS Act heard next week.  The PASS Act is sister legislation to the Real ID Act.  Some mistakenly believe the PASS Act repeals the Real ID Act.  That is not the case.  The PASS Act supplements the Real ID Act.  The part of the Real ID Act that the PASS Act does repeal is replaced with equally egregious legislation.

We are asking everyone that reads this ACTION ALERT to send it on to everyone you are in contact with.

There is not time to waste.

All the names and phone numbers of the senators on the committee hearing the legislation are provided on the web-site. www.stoprealidcoalition.com

Those of you that have twitter accounts please provide the web-site and get the word out.  The same for people on FaceBook or any other social network.

Conference Information

Those who have attended our Conferences in the past know it is a tradition to present to our attendees the leaders and speakers who are at the forefront of the issues that threaten our freedoms. This year will be no different, and promises to be even better!

The Conference this year will include discussions on international policies and treaties like the U.N.'s Agenda 21 and its policy of Sustainable Development - a top down control that stamps out private property, limited government, and free enterprise. Other topics will include the assault on Health Freedom; the threat of an International ID system through Real ID; the scam called Climate Change; the new state Sovereignty movement; how private property can end poverty; gun rights; doing away with the Federal Reserve; the real reasons children aren't learning in the public classrooms; how the Trans Texas Corridor is being defeated on the local level; and much, much more.

There will also be training sessions, breakout sessions, and opportunities to interact with the speakers. And, you will not want to miss the Awards Banquet when the coveted "Freedoms Heroes Award" is presented.

HOPE & CHANGE - By Robert Forrester; OK-SAFE

"Here are some questions to ask about what you read or hear in your statements:

Was there any action on your part implied by using the word “hope”?

Did you notice any dedication, intention, determination, commitment, strength or power implied by use of the word “hope”?   Does “hope” imply any enthusiasm to achieve a desired result?"

Think Globally; Act Globally - Cal Thomas

"For years I have received letters written as elegantly as ransom notes, advising me of certain worldwide conspiracies. Sometimes the writing instrument of choice has been a crayon.....

Recently, though, I have been giving more serious consideration to another "conspiracy" that seems to be growing legs. It is the conspiracy of one-world government. As governments increasingly demand more power to direct and shape our future by mandating how we live (not to mention their increasing invasiveness with cameras, wiretaps and other forms of "monitoring"), those who believe in individual liberty are on the defense.....

In his book, "The Audacity of Hope," Obama wrote, "When the world's sole superpower willingly restrains its power and abides by internationally agreed-upon standards of conduct, it sends a message that these rules are worth following." ...

In fact, the message it sends is that the ideas and ideals which made America unique in the world are no longer worth following, because in a one-world government, the United States would inevitably have to compromise its beliefs, laws, faith and everything else that makes it unique. European and Third World leaders would effectively be running the show.....

Maybe, but if we get too many "global" crises happening at once, the clamor for a one-world government to bring order, even at the expense of liberty, may be too strong for some politicians to resist.

So, yes, I'm starting to believe in the possibility of one-world government and it should be vigorously opposed if America, as we know it, is to be preserved."- Cal Thomas Tribune Media Services: 12/12/2008

And Now for a World Government - Gideon Rachman

"I have never believed that there is a secret United Nations plot to take over the US. I have never seen black helicopters hovering in the sky above Montana. But, for the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible.....

A “world government” would involve much more than co-operation between nations. It would be an entity with state-like characteristics, backed by a body of laws. The European Union has already set up a continental government for 27 countries, which could be a model. The EU has a supreme court, a currency, thousands of pages of law, a large civil service and the ability to deploy military force......

These are the kind of ideas that get people reaching for their rifles in America’s talk-radio heartland. Aware of the political sensitivity of its ideas, the MGI report opts for soothing language. It emphasises the need for American leadership and uses the term, “responsible sovereignty” – when calling for international co-operation – rather than the more radical-sounding phrase favoured in Europe, “shared sovereignty”. It also talks about “global governance” rather than world government.....

But this “problem” also hints at a more welcome reason why making progress on global governance will be slow sledding. Even in the EU – the heartland of law-based international government – the idea remains unpopular. The EU has suffered a series of humiliating defeats in referendums, when plans for “ever closer union” have been referred to the voters. In general, the Union has progressed fastest when far-reaching deals have been agreed by technocrats and politicians – and then pushed through without direct reference to the voters.

International governance tends to be effective, only when it is anti-democratic. - Gideon Rachman  December 8 2008

Saving the Constitution from Bankruptcy - Interview of Oklahoma US Senator Coburn by Brian Ervin of UTW

Oklahoma's Republican U.S. Sen. Tom Coburn doesn't have very high hopes for his Enumerated Powers Act to pass

into law. But, as he sees it, it's "the only way to get out of the impending financial disaster." If it were to pass into law, the bill would essentially require lawmakers to justify each piece of proposed legislation by citing the specific source of authority in the Constitution for each provision of a bill. Coburn said the bill highlights the importance of the Tenth Amendment, which states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."

Coburn, though, said the Tenth amendment is being disregarded by the federal government. "Historic revisionists in both parties have misused the Constitution to justify a 'blank check' approach to spending and earmarking," he said.

As an example, he pointed to the existence of the federal Department of Education. "You cannot find anywhere in the Constitution where there is a federal role for education. You can't find it. It's totally fabricated," said Coburn.

"How and where is education best accommodated? The closer it is to those that are involved in it," he added.

He pointed specifically to the federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2002, which mandates end-of-instruction tests,

among other requirements of local school districts.

"You've got all these rules and all this stuff, and very little money. And there's no specific power enumerating the right

of the federal government to interfere in state education. As a matter of fact, there are a couple of lawsuits going on

about that right now. And the states are going to win. No question--they're going to win," said Coburn.- Bian Ervin; UTW

“Madam Speaker, I have, for the past 35 years, expressed my grave concern for the future of America . The course we have taken over the past century has threatened our liberties, security and prosperity. In spite of these long-held concerns, I have days--growing more frequent all the time-- when I'm convinced the time is now upon us that some Big Events are about to occur. These fast approaching events will not go unnoticed. They will affect all of us. They will not be limited to just some areas of our country. The world economy and political system will share in the chaos about to be unleashed.”

"The financial crisis, still in its early stages, is apparent to everyone: gasoline prices over $4 a gallon; skyrocketing education and medical-care costs; the collapse of the housing bubble; the bursting of the NASDAQ bubble; stock markets plunging; unemployment rising; massive underemployment; excessive government debt; and unmanageable personal debt. Little doubt exists as to whether we'll get stagflation. The question that will soon be asked is: When will the stagflation become an

inflationary depression? – US Congressman Paul
